Do I need to know about Chinese medicine to do this? - No. I translate everything. You just need to be willing to pay attention to your body.
What if I can't commit to weekly calls? - Consistency matters here. If your schedule is truly unpredictable, let's talk about timing- but this work needs rhythm to work.
Is this therapy? - No. But the body holds everything, so sometimes things surface. I'm trained to hold that space, but I'm not a psychotherapist. If deeper trauma work is needed, I'll tell you.
What if I've tried everything? - Good. You know what doesn't work. Now we try something from the ancestors.
